Thank you for supporting my work. Each piece is crafted with care and love, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Because my items are made in small batches and are often one-of-a-kind, I do not offer cash refunds. However, I gladly accept returns for store credit under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Custom orders and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
How Store Credit Works
- Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be issued store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item.
- Store credit never expires and can be applied toward any future purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return. I’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I’ll do my best to make it right with either a replacement (if available) or store credit.
