Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?

For U.S. orders, standard shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) is the fastest option. If you need something faster, please contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We carefully package each order, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll work with UPS to resolve it.

Can I change my shipping address after submitting an order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. If the order has not already shipped, we will adjust the address.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

UPS shipments require a physical street address. If you only have a PO box, please contact us to arrange an alternate delivery option, such as a UPS Access Point.
